Smart Lock 계정 및 데이터 삭제 안내
Smart Lock(앱 잠금 & 집중 습관 관리) 사용자는 언제든지 계정과 관련 데이터의 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 삭제 방법은 두 가지입니다.
- Smart Lock 앱을 열고 하단 탭에서 설정으로 이동합니다.
- 화면 맨 아래 회원탈퇴를 누릅니다.
- 확인 창에서 탈퇴를 누르면 계정과 서버에 저장된 모든 데이터가 즉시 삭제됩니다.
- youngdok@thebcrews.com으로 제목을 “Smart Lock 계정 삭제 요청”으로 하여 메일을 보냅니다.
- 본문에 가입 시 사용한 로그인 방법(카카오 / Google / Apple)과 해당 계정의 이메일 또는 닉네임을 적어 주세요. 본인 확인을 위해 추가 정보를 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 본인 확인 후 영업일 기준 7일 이내에 삭제를 완료하고 회신해 드립니다.
삭제되는 데이터

보관되는 데이터
계정 삭제 후 Smart Lock 서버에 별도로 보관하는 개인정보는 없습니다. 기기에만 저장된 설정(잠금 대상 앱 목록, NOT TO DO, 예약)은 앱을 삭제하면 함께 제거됩니다. 광고(Google AdMob)와 오류 보고(Firebase Crashlytics) SDK가 수집한 기기 단위 식별자는 Smart Lock 계정과 연결되어 있지 않으며, 각 제공자의 정책에 따라 처리됩니다.

Users of Smart Lock can request deletion of their account and associated data at any time, in either of two ways.
- Open Smart Lock and go to the Settings tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and all data stored on our servers are deleted immediately.
- Email youngdok@thebcrews.com with the subject “Smart Lock account deletion request”.
- Include the sign-in method you used (Kakao / Google / Apple) and the email or nickname of that account. We may ask for additional details to verify your identity.
- After verification we complete the deletion within 7 business days and reply to confirm.
Data deleted
- Account data (social sign-in identifier; name and profile image URL if you signed in with Google) — deleted immediately
- Lock session records (start/end time, number of locked apps, planned duration, completion) — deleted immediately
- Purchase records (product ID, transaction identifier) — deleted immediately; receipts kept by Apple App Store / Google Play follow those stores' policies
- Sign-in tokens — invalidated and deleted immediately
Data retained
No personal data is retained on Smart Lock servers after deletion. On-device settings (blocked app list, NOT TO DO items, schedules) are removed when you uninstall the app. Device-level identifiers collected by the Google AdMob and Firebase Crashlytics SDKs are not linked to your Smart Lock account and are handled under those providers' policies.
